My name is Marvin Diaz. I came to this country looking for a way to make something of myself and to create a better life for me and my family. Cooking Italian food is what gave me the chance to become something. With almost 20 years of experience, I have made a solid base for myself even holding the title of head chef at multiple restaurants. All in all, I do this for my family because family is what gives me hope. Creating a better life for the generation to come one meal at a time.

Our food truck is named TreFratellis after my 3 sons.
